>Thomas Sleigh, 45, was found guilty of grabbing the man's genitals on a flight from Spain to the UK

A dad-of-three found guilty of flicking a male airline steward's genitals has avoided prison.

Thomas Sleigh, 45, was convicted of sexually assaulting a cabin crew member during a flight from Spain to the UK.

The court heard Sleigh grabbed the victim's genitals and flicked them before he was said to have asked him "are you gay?", the Manchester Evening News reports.

Sleigh denies the offence despite being found guilty at a trial and maintains it was an 'accident'.

>He was found guilty

>He avoided prison

Which is it gonna be, (((reporter)))?

The US Senate has voted to overturn consumer privacy laws enacted last year by the FCC. The rules, which forced internet service providers to actually get permission before selling your data, were overturned using the little-used Congressional Review Act (CRA).

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal said before the vote that "This resolution is a direct attack on consumer rights, on privacy, on rules that afford basic protection against intrusive and illegal interference with consumers' use of social media sites and websites that often they talk for granted." Hope you enjoyed it while it lasted.

Assuming that this resolution passes through the House, which seems likely at this point, your broadband and wireless internet service provider will have free reign to collect and sell personal data along to third parties. That information may include (but is not limited to!) location, financial, healthcare and browsing data scraped from customers. As a result of the ruling, you can expect ISPs to begin collecting this data by default. Some ISPs may choose to include an opt-out from data collection in account settings.

The swamp just seems to be getting stronger every day.

I think the ISP logs is more troubling, because that has literally everything. It should be a serious crime for ISP to do anything at all with this data, except archive it in case it's requested by a judge for a specific case. The only other reason for them to keep logs is for billing and debugging purposes.

no matter how many time you remove corruption, it always comes back to the top

says a lot about human nature, huh?

I bet money that this was already happening and they are just now legalizing it to prevent any consequences should their activities be exposed.

The internet's purpose was to allow them to find out more about us. To get their enemies to out themselves. They don't like it that we're using it to find out about them as well.

An American man has been named as one of the three victims of yesterday’s terror attack on the UK Parliament.

Kurt Cochran, from Utah, was killed when Khalid Masood, a 52-year-old British extremist, ran him down with a car in central London.

Cochran was on vacation in the British capital to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife, Melissa.

The two were walking along Westminster Bridge, next to the Houses of Parliament, when Masood smashed into them at high speed.

He then got out of the car and stabbed a policeman to death before being shot dead himself.

Mrs Cochran was also wounded in the attack, and is recovering in hospital. According to family members, she had a broken leg, a broken rib and a cut to her head.

A 30-year-old man is dead after he and an accomplice orchestrated a home invasion in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, last week only to discover the homeowner was armed with a gun.

The county coroner identified the deceased man as Elijah A. White, Jr. and his accomplice, Juanita Marie English, was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy, according to reports from local media.

Authorities say White and English went to the home around 8 p.m. on March 14. English wore a badge indicating she was a representative from the homeowner’s association in an apparent effort to persuade the victim to open the door, which worked.

A former top lawyer for the CIA, NSA, and Department of Defense expressed shock in an interview with Business Insider that House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes went to the White House Wednesday to share information with President Donald Trump — going at a time when Nunes' panel is looking into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Robert Deitz, who held those posts in President Bill Clinton's and President George W. Bush's administrations, said Nunes' Wednesday trip to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue was "unbelievable."

ExxonMobil was ordered Wednesday to disclose a trove of missing emails from an alias once used by the company’s former CEO for communicating with the oil producer’s other executives.

A judge directed Exxon to hand over the communications to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, a Democrat who has been investigating the company’s climate research since the beginning of 2015. He publicized U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s use of the alias “Wayne Tracker” along with his professional email.

Schneiderman also claimed the alias was used to discuss ways the company could hide research on climate change from the public, and should be disclosed as part of the New York Democrat’s probe. The New York lawman gained access to the company’s documents nearly 8 months ago, but has yet to disclose evidence Exxon violated any laws.

As Parliament debates a motion that would condemn Islamophobia, a video has surfaced of a Jordanian imam in a Montreal mosque preaching about Muslims killing Jews.

Sheikh Muhammad bin Musa Al Nasr was the guest of honor at the Dar Al-Arqam Mosque on Dec. 23, 2016 when he gave the sermon.

Montreal police are investigating and may charge the leadership of the mosque with a hate crime.

In the video, the imam says in Arabic, “O Muslim, O servant of Allah, O Muslim, O servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.” The chant is well-known in the Muslim faith because it is an Islamic hadith — a series of phrases and reflections on the Muslim prophet Mohammad.

Terrified of Russia winning the Contest Ukraine rejects compromise for Samoilova to perform by satellite.

That Ukrainian authorities’ reason for banning Yulia Samoilova, Russia’s entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest due to be held shortly in Kiev, from entering Ukraine is to prevent any Russian participation in the Contest at all, became clearer today when the Ukrainian authorities rejected a proposal from the Contest organisers that Samoilova be allowed to participate in the Contest via satellite.

This proposal already represented a serious concession – some would say an excessive concession – to Ukraine.

Russia is a member of Eurovision and its entrant is entitled to participate in the Contest fully and on equal terms with the other contestants. If the Ukrainians have rules or laws which prohibit Russian performers from performing in the Contest fully and on equal terms with the other contestants, then logically that is a reason why the Contest should not take place in Ukraine at all. However, instead of standing by this principle, the Contest organisers weakly proposed a compromise which would have treated Samoilova differently from the other contestants. Whilst that was intended to satisfy Ukraine, it nonetheless represents a retreat from the principle of equal access for all contestants upon which the Contest is supposed to be based.

When the weapon of choice is not something classed as a weapon, all bets on gun control are off.

Although car and truck ramming attacks have happened throughout the 20th and 21st century as a generally crude way to inflict violence on unsuspecting civilians, over the last three years, no fewer than seven ramming attacks using either cars or large trucks have been perpetrated in western Europe.

In all but one case, Salifst style jihadism has been the motive. Typically, ISIS also takes credit for the attacks, whether or not anyone in the ISIS controlled regions of the MENA actually had anything to do with planning the attacks or not.

This must lead one to question why cars and trucks are increasingly the weapon of choice of Salifist terrorists operating in Europe.

Israeli Police said they arrested a Jewish teenager with dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship in Israel on Thursday in connection to bomb threats made on Jewish institutions in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

"A resident of the south was arrested on suspicion of committing extortion offenses by threats and publishing false information in various countries," Israeli police said in a statement. "The investigation was conducted in conjunction with FBI and police representatives from around the world."

Israeli Police said the 19-year-old suspect "caused significant economic damage and implications for public order, including the rapid evacuation of civilians in a number of public sites and institutions around the world."

Israeli Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said the suspect used "advanced camouflage technologies" to cover his tracks. The suspect is from the the Ashkelon area of southern Israel.

Officials said Israeli Police officers confiscated computers when they searched the suspect's home.

i cant believe there are still people who cant wrap their head around false flags. what with obamas slush fund, that fucking mossad agent that worked for the Washington Post who was arrested a few weeks ago for impersonating an ICE agent, rad-left groups such as antifas obvious connections to globalist fuckwads etc…

almost every single one of these recent threats on JCCs have been proven to be carried out by people who live their lives as "progressives" and liberals. the first one was done by a black dude who worked as a liberal journalist, and now we have a teenage jew who is responsible for the majority of the rest of them. where the fuck is your god now?

Did you forget about the time /pol/ said the market was going to crash, or that civil war was imminent in a week or some stupid bullshit like that. By no means am I against their beliefs, but god fuck, I'd be lying if I said a big chunk of the group there don't go full retard sometimes.

Not much actually. I'm just waiting on the day non-whites can start calling out the Jew on a massive scale as well. The only reason whites themselves haven't taken over is because they don't act on impulse, like other races.

If whites had the testosterone of a black man, or even a Hispanic, then Hollywood (and other jewish subsidiaries) wouldn't even exist anymore. They'd be kicked out for trying to spread their manipulative bullshit and border hoppers would be dragged across the street and shot.

To say that that the River Oaks Center, a sprawling mall in this blue-collar suburb of Chicago, has seen better days is an understatement.

When it opened 50 years ago, it was one of the first big malls in the Chicago area. And as recently as a few years ago, it boasted four major department stores—Carson Pirie Scott, J.C. Penney, Macy’s and a Sears.

But in 2013, Carson's and Sears shut their doors at the mall near the Illinois-Indiana border. And the two remaining anchors—Macy’s and J.C. Penney—are facing strong headwinds. Both retailers have announced plans to close dozens of stores around the country in 2017.

With Sears warning investors Tuesday of "substantial doubt" about its ability to stay in business, the once vibrant River Oaks provides a dour portrait of the tough road ahead for malls across the country in an increasingly disjointed retail landscape. As department stores lose out to online retailers, more malls may have to cope with trying to survive without a coveted anchor – creating not only a visual reminder of failure, but the loss of a draw to bring shoppers to smaller stores as well.

Who are they going to sell to then? It's mostly the middle class that has lots of cash to throw around in fancy malls.

One of journalists who reported on the Watergate scandal for The Washington Post responded to a new report that the FBI has information indicating President Trump's associates may have coordinated with Russia, calling it part of a "coverup."

Donald Trump's presidency has motivated the scientific community, especially female scientists, to expand their skill sets and enter the world of politics, with thousands considering runs for public office.

Erin Macdonald, education manager for World Space Week with a Ph.D. in astrophysics, has contemplated vying for a seat in the Colorado state Legislature, McClatchy reported Wednesday.

"What set the alarm bells off for people [in the science community] was how little the public trusts science," Macdonald told McClatchy. "I was talking to one of my friends at the women's march, and she said, ‘I'm amazed at people carrying around signs that say ‘Science is real.'"

When really good scientists try to get involved in politics it only results in massive cringe.

Like Thunderfoot.

Because what's better than a woman with a victim complex? One who thinks her myopic field of expertise allows her to freely speak as an intellectual authority on all subjects.

I suspect that too many White women compete with s.hi.it.sk.i.n.s and so that makes them have an overinflated view of their intelligence. This also isn’t helped by education dumbing itself down for sh.i.t.sk.i.n.s and womyn.

Venezuela on Thursday filed charges against a gang of children — one who was just 8 years old — on grounds they killed two military officers over the weekend in a grisly robbery that's rattled the nation.

In a press release, Venezuela's Public Ministry said it had jailed three teens, ages 14, 15 and 17, for homicide and robbery in relation to the stabbing deaths of Army sergeants Yohan Migul Borrero Escalo and Andrés José Ortiz.

Two other children, ages 8 and 12, who were also involved in the incident, were put into child protective services.
